can harness their collective powers and better address their common
needs.
To encourage collective thinking from a wide variety of players
to negotiate difficult situations and overcome obstacles to equitable
and sustainable development.
To provide an avenue that can be used by community-based and
historically and economically disadvantaged groups that need
access to information, funding, or direct connection to power
centres.
